Want to play a sport that is fast-paced and full of action? It’s summer time and time for flag football, so let’s play! The Metro District offers Mens’, Womens’ and Co-Ed flag football leagues geared toward the competitive player and the recreational player. Leagues fill up fast, so sign up early!

Summer
Register now!
Deadline: Thursday, June 4 or until leagues are full
Summer adult flag football leagues begin Sunday, June 14.
No games will be held Sunday, June 21 or Sunday, July 5.
Fall
Registration begins Monday, June 29.
Deadline: Thursday, August 13 or until leagues are full.
Fall adult flag football leagues begin Sunday, August 23.
No games will be held Sunday, September 6.
Sunday - 8 on 8 leagues
• 8 on 8 Recreational
• 8 on 8 Upper Recreational
• 8 on 8 Competitive
Sunday - 6 on 6 leagues
• 6 on 6 Recreational
Fee: $600 per team
(Fee includes seven games, end of season single-elimination tournament and referees.)
 Adult Flag Football Teams may register online or please call Recreation Services at 303-791-2710 to register. All registrations are on a first come, first serve basis until leagues are full.

What if I am an individual player
without a team?
If you are interested in joining a team for a particular sport, please visit the Metro District’s league website at www.quickscores.com/hrmd. You will be asked to provide your contact information which can be viewed online by managers and other players during the season.
